Israeli model Bar Refaeli will star as herself in a television series to be aired on Channel 2. Assi Ezer is writing the series for Keshet, a Channel 2 franchisee, with "Big Brother" director and editor Yoram Zak. "Big Brother" producer Elad Koperman will produce the series. The plot, about a successful model, will be loosely based on Refaeli's life, people involved in the production say.
Refaeli, a personal friend of Ezer's, took part in one of the last "Big Brother" episodes, directed by Zak. Israeli and international media have been following the model closely following her break up with actor Leonardo DiCaprio, her partner for the last five years, earlier this month.
