Bar Refaeli heads to an after party for FC Barcelona on Wednesday (January 25) in Barcelona, Spain. Earlier in the evening, the 26-year-old Israeli model watched the soccer club take on Real Madrid. Barcelona scored a spot in the Copa del Rey semi finals with a 2-2 draw.

“What an amazing 24 hours- football match, @RafaelNadal wins tennis, saw the @FCBarcelona training and Macabbi TLV BB vs Barcelona in a bit!” Bar tweeted. On Monday, Bar was in France for the Dior Haute Couture fashion presentation during Paris Fashion Week, where she sat front row with Cameron Diaz.

There's no flies on those Victoria's Secret models. Spotting the enormous financial potential in having an outrageous body and a public persona (men of all ages concur that the VS Angels are perhaps what Google was invented for), Bar Refaeli is the latest lingerie model to reveal she is launching her own line of underwear.

The Israeli model - and ex girlfriend of Leonardo Dicaprio - will unveil her label Under.me in the UK in time for Valentines day. "The philosophy is that underwear should complement your body, not steal the show," she told Women's Wear Daily , "It was appealing to me to do a line of underwear from the fabric I like with the basic, comfy design I always look for, as well as underwear that can actually be delivered to your door."

Last May, fellow ex Victoria's Secret girl, Gisele Bündchen, also diversified into the lingerie market designing a line for Brazilian label, Hope. Her first ad for the line was banned in Brazil amid accusations that it was sexist and reinforced "an erroneous stereotype of women as sex objects."

In the ad, Bundchen is clad in knickers, a bra and high heels, in an effort to distract her husband when she delivers bad news - about damaging the car, exceeding her credit limit, and her mother coming to live with them. Of course, both girls will have ultimately been inspired by the huge global success of another ex-Angel, Elle Macpherson, whose 'Intimites' lingerie line recently celebrated 10 years at the top of the business.

Speaking to The Telegraph last year, Elle revealed that the idea to launch her line came after working for big brands like Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret for so many years, and recognising that working for a business in which she did not have a profit share was not attractive. It was "an understanding that to create my future, I needed something more tangible than compliments on the way I looked".

Although no one can accuse Gisele's career of being on the slide (the 31-year-old mother has already been confirmed as the face of three major luxury brands this season), or for that matter Refaeli's, who at 26 is still in her prime and very much in-demand; it seems that lingerie is fast becoming a savvy model's plan B.

Gisele has had her own underwear line out since May, WWD reminds us today in a story called "Business Models." The news here is that Gisele's line is still around, selling and making her vastly wealthy (it ranges from $20 for panties to $160 for a camisole or corset), and that Bar Refaeli is going to start selling her own underwear line, too, beginning in February in the U.K. Since Refaeli needs the press for and money from this line much more than Gisele — who is so distractingly one sit-up away from being able to crack a chestnut with those abs —  let's just focus on her. And this whole time, you're probably thinking about how Gisele's abs probably aren't even that Photoshopped. I mean — the postal system! Good work, Bar.

It may be hard to look past Bar Refaeli's luxuriously tousled blond waves, but her cocktail dress and killer heels at the Chistian Dior Spring 2012 Couture show were equally stellar. She stepped into dangerous territory wearing this ivory ribbed dress (two qualities I relentlessly avoid) but the texture only enhanced her figure and the color offset her sun-kissed complexion.

Now back to those shoes. Normally gold chains don't read as classy, but somehow these stilettos united sexy with elegant. Her snakeskin clutch should be mentioned as well, but it is her resistance to over-accessorizing that made this ensemble LOD-worthy. The simplicity is dazzling.

From one swanky party to another, Bar arrived in America for the 2011 Whitney Museum of American Art Gala in NYC. The Israeli model stunned in an backless Marchesa gown. While she didn't show up with a date for the evening, she didn't seem to care, as she was spotted with a large smile on her face. Of course, if you looked that beautiful, you'd be grinning too. 

From one continent to another, Bar jetted south to Brazil, where she showed up at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace in Sao Paolo. We regret to inform you that the Israeli beauty has not stopped modeling to take up a career in F1 racing. No, she was merely there to enjoy the fastest, most watched sport in the world. And if you could go fly to Brazil on a whim, you would too. 

Hopping continents yet again, Bar headed east across the Atlantic to Morocco, where she arrived at the opening of Africa's largest mall. And what would you know? She looked incredibly sexy, wearing a chic, crystal-embellished dress. Unfortunately, we've been told that she won't be a permanent fixture at the mall, so you can cancel your flight if you booked one hoping to run into the model.

As a world-class model and pin-up, Bar Refaeli usually epitomises up-to-the-minute glamour. However the 26-year-old has proven she doesn't need embellishments to look effortlessly stunning. Bar looked gorgeous as she arrived make-up free at the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris today. Dressed down in black leggings, boots, and a large grey cardigan, it was clear that comfort was the order of the day. She showed off her caramel tan- fresh from a recent holiday in Brazil-  without so much as a hint of a spot. And her blemish-free complexion is certainly serving her well in her latest campaign.

Looking bronzed and glowing, Bar is seen laughing in the new ads for the Gap Fit's latest line of workout clothes. The images bear the slogan, 'For Life As You Live It', a particularly appropriate tag line for Miss Refaeli. No stranger to exercise herself, she hones her enviable body with regular visits the gym and the Israeli self defense technique Krav Maga. Krav Maga is a hand-to-hand combat system used by Israeli defense forces, and is incorporated frequently into choreographed fight scenes in Hollywood films.

Miss Refaeli, a former flame of actor Leonardo DiCaprio, is a favourite among swimwear and lingerie brands for her flawless skin, toned bod and sought after curves. In the past few months she has posed in a calendar for lingerie label Passionata and a campaign for swimwear brand Agua Bendita. She has also been guest starring on E!'s Scouted, a show that follows a model agency's search for new talent. Back from a recent tip to Brazil and with a sprinkling of sizzling new campaigns behind her, Miss Refaeli was spotted with friends sans make-up in New York City during her Christmas break.

What a magical start to 2012 for supermodel Bar Refaeli. She shared on Twitter that she had found her 'Prince Charming.' Move over Leonardo DiCaprio, you've been replaced by a frog! So, beautiful Bar Refaeli has stooped to hitting on toads, literally, as they hop down the street? They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but when Bar posted tweets that led to photographs of her new 'prince,' it might have left some speechless.

One question though is this... does the frog have a thing for sexy Israeli supermodels? If Bar Refaeli is looking for her next Prince Charming, doesn't she have to kiss the frog.
